The Bennetts: Where did April go??

My how a month flies by. It feels like yesterday we were celebrating Alex's birthday in Dubuque on April 1. Now here we are and we celebrated my birthday last weekend and our anniversary this week. Crazy!!!

Of course it was a busy month with a couple baby classes. Only one more left in May. Then we'll be ready right? HA HA!! I think the more classes we take the more nervous we get.

Birthday celebrations were amongst the fun this month. We went to Lena the middle of the month to celebrate my birthday and Lon's birthday. We always try to get together the weekend in between. It was fun, except I wasn't feeling the best. That was the week I had a stomach virus and thought it was the worst week of my life. I have not been sick the entire pregnancy (not like some that I've heard of) and I missed 2 1/2 days of work. I also had to take my diabetes test that week so that was great. Luckily my test came back normal so I was happy about that.

Baby is growing and doing well from what the dr can tell. I'm 30 weeks this week so just abot 10 weeks to go and Baby Bennett will be here.

We've picked the paint color for the nursery and Erik's sister Kris is going to paint for us. I'm excited to see what it will look like.

This week we had a baby shower at work. It was a nice celebration over lunch. We have our family showers in the coming weeks so I'll post pictures when those are done.
